As I mentioned earlier:
My local fabricator is not particularly busy lately, so if there is still a demand for intake pipes I could probably have him whip up a batch.

If there is sufficient interest and someone else (like LGM) is not in a position to provide some, I'd be happy to pay a visit to my local fabricator and see if this is still feasible. If it's going to be worth his time, I'd probably need to have him make a batch rather than a one-off, so it would depend on the degree of interest.

The local fabricator would only provide the intake pipe with the dump valve flange fitting. The actual dump valve and fitting it to dump into the trashcan is a matter of getting the Greddy hose fitting in place of the horn (my Greddy valve came with both the horn and the hose fitting), the right hose elbow, and a fitting it into the trash can (PVC plumbing stuff).

Sue to recent PM's I am considerring a limited run of BOV and IHI intake pipes. What I need to know is specifically what is being requested ie just pipes, pipes and couplers, the whole lot including Greddy BOV and colour of hoses. Due to my previous experience with Samco USA I'd rather not do buisness with them again. It took them 13 months to fill my turbo hose order. More than likely I'm going to use Garrett for the hoses if requested. I'm looking at early in the new year for fab if this moves foreward.

Hi LGM,

To save wading through 26 pages, could you advise what is being offered, with approx prices? Is it just the intake pipe to the plenum with a take off for a flange mount dump valve with required silicone pipes, or is there also the pipe from the air filter housing to the turbo compressor inlet on offer too?

Heard from LGM that she's up for another run. She asked me to post the price.

Notice that the hoses will be the same as what LGM and I have in our cars (not Samco). Shipping cost is not included and will be quoted depending on your location.

Whole Kit:
Total for the Greddy Type RS BOV, Flange adapter, re-cir aluminum 1" adapter, aluminum 6061 pipe with 45 degree elbow and labor for welding.
$455.16

Pipe and hoses only Kit:
$259.41

The turbo intake pipes are still available from what I heard from LGM (very limited quantity). The price would be $120 plus shipping
I'll start another list:

2nd Turbo Intake List (pipe and silicone hoses). Please specify the size (2.5", black connectors, etc.):
1.
2.
3.

4th BOV list:
1. Blue Bullet - Blue with Greddy

3. lotos - Black with GReddy (email sent)
4. CJ - Black with Greddy
5.

I've got a friend locally who wants a set, so I've added another to the list for me.

Question- is the pipe polished? What's the best pre-powdercoat finish? ( I'm planning on powdering it either yellow or black)

Unpolished is best for powder coat. What size of K&N.? I may have to do a one off for you in this.

Any chance of a discount for unpolished? Not sure how much labor that involves.

Sorry - I thought there was sort of a universal size for air filters. Looking around it seems they make a variety of inlet sizes (2.5", 3.5", etc) - so you may be able to use the same size as the others. He hasn't bought a filter yet to go with it. Edit: Seems to my mind that the trashcan pipe (2.5" if forum search was accurate) could also be used for a filter, no? Something like this: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/KNN-RB-0700 ?
