Hi Kevin..
You need to upload your pics to an image hosting site such as Photobucket (its free) .... Once uploaded to Photobucket click on the "Get Link Code" button..... Then right click and copy the code for "IMG for Bulletin + Forums" and paste it here in the quote reply box along with your comments...

It works for me ....

After you've uploaded the file, you have to hit the "place inline" button to make it appear in the post.
