Need coolant overflow tank - no more in US

Postby Dynoguy » Mon 02.08.2010, 18:45

Hi, I have checked the usual suspects for parts, including Dave Bean and have been told there are none to be had here in US, Anybody have a source or one they want to sell.

Thanks Roger

I've got a Bailey alloy one if you like!
I'd get in touch with these people:

If you are looking to sell this Adam - how much would you be looking for as I suspect my new tank has a split :-(

thanks for quick response, the tank is on its way. In the meantime I actually plastic welded the old one and it is holding the pressure fine.

Never would have believed it. I have been involved in a few epoxy horrors in the past. So I figured that trying something different couldn't be worse. Turns out it worked fine. All it tool was bleach to clean the tank., a hobby heat gun, some strips of PP or PPE plastic and some patience and it actually stopped leaking.
