It's not big, it's not clever, in fact they're only for Citroen Saxo drivers and chavs.

Good one and a pet hate of mine, closely followed by:

Adjustable headlight knobs. They're there so you can adjust your lights so they don't blind people in cars half the height of your 4x4. They are NOT meant to be set on the highest setting (come what may) so you stand a better chance of seeing something out the corner of your eye when you're talking on your phone/turning round to talk to the passenger (or kids in the back)/doing your makeup (while I'm at it, if I'm behind you and all I can see is your bare, flabby tatooed naval in the rear view mirror then it's not adjusted correctly, is it?)/cleaning your shoes or whatever you're doing fiddling about on the floor.

Rear fog lights on when it's not foggy.

How many times do you see them on when it's raining, you're on the motorway, having to deal with spray,and being blinded by the the fog lights of the oblivious twat up front.

What , you say that every time ,
can i make a suggestion ,
make it an 0800 free number and i won't be to peed of when it takes 20 mins to get through , i would hang up after 10 but then i have to do the wait in the que all over again .
They will answer soon , no they won't they will just patronise me with some crap music and the annoying message every few minutes.
If they were really sorry they would get more telephone operators ,
Or give me a refund for the 30 minutes the overall call took , i did ask .I was told the computer was unable to do discounts or refunds.

So the bottom line - direct line and everyone else with 0845 / 0870 numbers is you like us being on hold as it earns you money.

(also there is another number that thomas cook.com use is 50p a minute)

If only I had such a thing in the Rangey. The car came with those stupidly bright HIDs which are simply too bright for shared roads. On top of that, they are "self levelling" so no sensible adjustments. I got completely hacked off with being flashed by every third car so I adjusted the lamp surrounds under the bonnet so that they pointed at the road just in front of the bumper and the retaliatory flashes reduced significantly. Sadly the Landy main dealer then charged me £18 + VAT to adjust the lamps back in order to pass the MOT - and of course ever since I've blinded everyone else on the road. Arrgghggh!

Health and safety dictators.

Easy target I know. Don't get me wrong, not the ones who know what they're talking about and actually help people do their jobs safely and without risk to health (which is pretty important when you're building our products) but those whose only solution is to introduce a new procedure which makes it more difficult/less conducive to work, causing people to take shortcuts and workarounds thereby defeating the whole object of H&S.
