thanks for your good wishes. I shall be taking the laptop in to hospital so I'll keep an eye on whats going on here. Maybe post up a few pictures of the nurses :-D

to be fair though mate it should take 4 days to get out cos i found out the other day that the op costs £14k :shock:

thats 3 reasonable Elans at todays prices :poke:

I have been away from the forum for a few months for various reasons, and on my return there has really only been one thread I have been reading so far unfortunately.

Julie and i are thinking of you both.

Having undergone 11 general anaesthetics since March, I can surely say you will be fine.

I am glad to be back here for good!

I must say I think you are being over optimistic re the quality of the nurses but look forward to seeing the pictures that prove me wrong. Dont bother posting any that prove me right!

Well it took 3.5 hours to get it our but its out. Apparently there was far more cancer than the biopsy revealed. I am in quite a lot of discomfort at the moment. This was due to the position had to be put in on the op table and bloating my body cavity with co2 in order to get better access to the prostate. My legs are paralysed due to the nerves being damaged, they should be ok in a couple of days. Feels like I've been kicked in the stomach several times.p

Good to hear you have got rid of the damn thing. Surprised that you had to be bloated up!!!!! Hope they tied you down- have visions of a bloated Chris floating around the theatre. On the road to recovery now. Behave yourself and dont forget to drink lots of water.
