Only 1 of the bulb holders out of 3 each side, do 2 functions.
Outside light-
Outer half; tail/brake
Inner half; tail
Inside light-
Outer half; nothing blanked off
Inner half; fog light
Only way to change this is to get more dual functions bulb holders, which i have done. An extra pair will get you brake/tail complete on the outer light. Another extra pair fitted in the blanked off holder and used as fog/tail while the original single holder in that light is switched to a tail light. So you get 2 complete tail lights both side.
A 3rd extra pair would get you 2 complete tails, 1 complete brake and 1 complete fog light. Can't seem to get the holders anymore unless you buy the whole lights, indicators ones are the ones you need. I have 2 sets of lights and 6 holders, because 1 set was modified already.

Yep thats i nice CF panel, the only thing i would say when following you from the curry meet on tuesday i would say the LED number plate lights were to bright IMHO, is it possible to cut the number off LEDs down?
I had a chance to look at this for myself the other day from Blacky after swapping driving seats with G UK..
I could just about see the bottom of the LEDs below the boot lid. I also think that the light was bouncing off the top of the number plate. I'll have a think about the solution...Maybe a marker pen could come in handy?

Ian,
After following you back to the motorway in the dark the LED's light the plate up very well but reflect slightly off of the bumper. Once you got a few hundred yards ahead of me on the motorway I had no problem picking you out as your number plate still showed up quite bright!!

I was a bit worried about it passing the MOT when I designed it a few years ago, turned out to be a lot brighter than expected. I'll sort it out as soon as I finish the pannel for His Montyness. I should have something done for Rippers at the Ace Cafe meet next week, as Monty's pannel is nearly done.

After my original (collapsed) driving seat gave me a trapped nerve late last year, I decided it was about time I got the interior refurbished.
The seats themselves have been in for about 3 weeks but I completed the gaiters & door trim today.

Thanks guys. I've turned a few noses up when I mention going purple. A bit tidier than when we did Hethel in '08 , Doug

I can't make it to Duxford I'm afraid. I would like to but I have something else on.
I did not do the trimming though. This was done by Neil's Auto Interiors in Hockly, near Southend. They seem to have a 'can do' attitude & I am pleased with the finish.

£700 which included the leather, recovering the seats & door card inserts, door pockets, gear & handbrake gaiters. They also re-covered my handbrake handle & the protective plates on the seat backs and replaced the broken clips which hold the seat diaphragm in place.

That seems a very good price. Wonder how much it would be in a more expensive colour?
Look forward to seeing it in the flesh.

Couldn't afford pink.

I was going to go for grey alcantara in the centre but this would have cost about £100 more & it is not as hard wearing as I was led to believe...
I wasn't really fussed by the £100 more, but didn't want something which could have worn a lot quicker than the leather.
