Only two cylinders firing!!

OK always had a hot start issue, care barely idles seems rich and then once rev it up all is fine. cold starts are always fine.
This time the car ran fine and then went to two cylinders and stayed that way.. limped home. did this once before but seems to clear up and back to normal. Not showing any codes, that would be easy to fix!! This is only time the issue remained waiting for it to cool down and restart to see if it reoccurs

I have done the following already with no improvements:
new plugs- all are sparking the same even now..tried old ones anyway, no change, me thinks it is a fuel issue..
new/used injectors from my esprit 350cc/min
new coolant temp sensor
new entire ECM,, have two to swap.
new fuel filter
new O2 sensor
New CAS

Which two lew? It's either ignition or fuel and there's an easy way to find out: http://wikilec.9600.org/index.php/Dead_Cylinders

THanks for the link , i will look at that now. Cylinders 2 & 4 are working...suspected the fuel injectors not getting signal so thats when tried ECM changeout after the spark for all cylinders looked good.

From your list of things you have tried there seems to be one thing missing and that is the coil pack, that would be my choice as they are prone to problems, although they usally drop either 1 & 4 or 2 & 3.

I can try this easily.. my esprit used the same coils and I just put new MSD 8224 coils on it and will try the old ones as I know they work well. Quick check anyway and will check and clean wiring..always seemed to be hot start issue until now.. seeing a spark on all four cylinders so far though.

My money would be on the wiring between ECM and injectors 1 & 3 -- you've done the rest of the obvious things.
There is a copy of the engine management manual which has wiring diagrams and fault tracing HERE
In the first instance I'd see if there was continuity betweeN ECM output D15 and the harness connector for injectors 1 & 3.

My car (91 Impulse RS) just started doing almost the same thing.

Started with a slight miss fire between 2200 and 2800 rpm every 3rd time though that rpm range.
I changed the DIS modual, 2 coils (all used parts) and repaired the CAS hall effect sensor. Non of that helped,
turned out to be a bad injector connecter so problem solved.

Car ran great for a week, today I lose 2 clys under any boost. It runs great up to red line as long
as there is no boost. This all happened on a warm restart after sitting for 2 hours.

I suspect a bad coil pack or DIS modual as both were used and I have no clue what there past was.

I was going to check fuel pressure and see if it was enough to open injectors...but was easier to get new fuel pump off amazon for $38!! so far cars runs great and hot starts have not come back after 4 tries. many years later I may trust it enough to drive it!

think I finally figured it out, ran 2 sets of injectors and still had issues, had them tested after heating them up and they all failed once hot. So went with new Lucas one and so far so good. Took myself and 2 shops to finally figure it out and thousands of $$$$ later.
