Just curious what the SOLD Cars topic is about. I see it in the list and there are messages listed but I am being told I don't have permission to read any.
Is that a PRIVATE topic?

It's purpose is to store the threads relating to UK cars previously for sale but now SOLD. This will make it easier for prospective buyers searching for a car that is actually for sale, and hopefully be of help to prospective sellers with their sale.
Access will be made available when I have had the chance to move ALL the relevant threads.

a wholly unhelpful and inflammatory comment which is not appreciated.

Well Dave, it wasn't meant to be & apologies if I offended, but nevertheless I think you're being a tad bit sensitive!

Thanks Dave. I didn't mean to cause any problems by my question.

No offence taken (by me at least, I can't speak for the others that work tirelessly behind the scenes!) therefore no apology (to me) required. No case of being over sensitive at all, I guess you will in time appreciate (more) what this forum and it's admin/mods gives to us all.

I probably oughtn't particularly over such a trivial comment, for which I've already provided my apologies, but being patronised really doesn't help lower the temperature; I'm both fully aware of the brilliance of this forum and sufficiently experienced to appreciate the complexities & efforts of all involved in bringing it about. But rather than clutter it up further I'll bow out now!
Regards, Pete.

I just had to double check the meaning of flippant - just to make sure it wasn't a routine from Riverdance
