Wiki app?

Postby blacknight » Wed 12.10.2011, 09:22

Has anyone seen the seloc tech wiki app for i-phone etc?

This has prompted me to ask the question.............. Why have we not got one?

It appears to be a really useful tool for quick technical reference (much like our wiki) just in an app format.

Cheers

I know it's been done for SELOC, but I think it took Robbie quite a lot of effort. I've got the manuals in PDF on my phone and agree an offline Wiki would be nice. /might be more tempted to help if it was for Android though as I don't have an iPhone

The Wiki was set up and is hosted by GoogAl - If it ever came to fruition, I know which OS I'd back to have it first! :-D

I have no idea what the difference between android and iPhone apps is (apart from branding issues).

I also have no idea how all the technical stuff works in regard to creating this app would involve.

I just think we should have one! I would be happy to test a trial version if someone is willing to take on this project?

Cheers
