So finding these little nylon rollers in an exact fit is going less entertainingly than I thought it would. I measure a 25mm circumfrence and a 1mm thickness. What is everybody else using/doing?

It's been a while, but I think I used short lengths of clear flexible tubing.

The original rollers (although they do not really roll) are I think nylon and tend to go flat having just done mine I used a bit of PU tubing just happened to be Festo but thats what I had and can soon cut some more.
PU tubing tends to retain its shape and you can tie it in a knot then when undone returns to it original profile.
I think Gerald sugested sticking sikaflex/silicone on the inside to help them keep their shape but I went for a different material and seems so far to be OK.

Thanks for the feedback. PU has a rubbery feel to it I take it. I thought the problem with it was that it would stick to the guides more compared to the original nylon. Bob, can you tell me the dimensions of the tubing and what you filled them with? Thanks.
