Part doesn't appear Lotus Reference

i have the Lotus Parts Manual and i can't find the small cover under the wheel drive steering which fits with 2 screws in front our Knees ,

does any one knows the reference of this item ?

On the Federal model, it is called a knee bolster but that is a very large cushion.
Unfortunately, it appears to have gone obsolete on 2008
