wheel nut torque question

Postby djcar » Thu 18.07.2013, 18:46

buying some new tires So I found the torque setting in wikiLEC but The guy at costco said they won't work on the car unless they have either the manual or a copy of the manual that says what it should be, Can you believe this s**t? anyway if anyone has a photo copy of the manual that says what is much appreciated.

and for future reference ...

The handbook says ...

Tighten the wheel bolts securely in a diagonal sequence. At first opportunity, have the wheel bolt torque checked, and set to 80 - 88 Nm (59 - 65 lbf.ft)
