she is dry at the moment she is in a garage at the min ,checked all fuses and relays and she still wont spark am pulling my hair out here ,just carnt seem to get a spark from her ,am stuck she just wont spark am lost all the aldl lights flashes fault 12 and thats it ,fuel pump works and everything other than spark ,what tdo oh she just had new coil packs ,any help or pointers lads would help me no end in getting her bk on the road(((((((((((cheers neil)))))))))))))

if it is flashing code 12 then it could be an ECU fault? or it could be the electronics in the board that sits behind the coil packs

You just need to start at the battery and trace every circuit through the ignition switch and all of the relays and fuses until you prove the wiring is good (or bad). There seems to be a lot of added connections in your earlier engine bay picture, so maybe someone has put in a kill switch that they forgot to tell you about. Like all problems, you have to start at the beginning and follow everything to the end.

I assume all the real basics are in place - i.e. the cams and the CAS are turning.

I know a chap who spent 2-3 hours trying to track down the same problem before he realised the cambelt had snapped! :oops:

cam belt all good ,would the cas be the problem with no spark as the top sensor on the cas had been played about with and loose ,still flashing code 12 lads ,it has a toad immobilser fitted and there is an a alarm but the wires dont go no were hmmmmmmmmmmm
