I'm thinking of changing my SE wheels and are wondering what the original wheels would be worth if I were to sell them?

Very little!
Worth keeping for future resale of the car and if you do buy a second set of wheels an idea is to have winter tyres on one set and summer on the other and rotate seasonally.
