How are "LEC" rules created? Who has the right to create them? Why isn't that all PUBLIC. .

"two legs are better than four" ... take it from there.

I feel that the LEC has changed from it's early beginnings .

John, Just recently it has had a very similar feel to that which it had when Doug set it up at the beginning of time. All were welcome then - If you were trying to do something you were encouraged.

The current form NO LONGER WORKS (Thank you Microsoft for abandoning functioning, older technology) but you can still send me an email and I will send you an Excel spreadsheet with the questions. You fill it out and email it back to me and I will update the database manually.

Sorry to hear it. I guess it always was a thankless task... but it was cool to see other N.American cars and discover a little bit about how many and where they were, at least. So thanks for keeping it alive for as long as you did.

I could try and figure something out about hosting and maintaining it myself, but I got to finish putting my engine back together first
