Air Check Valve - pollution control

Someone told me it would be a good idea to bring back an Air Check Valve from Rockauto.
Cheap stuff and never bad to replace 20 year old parts.
Now is the opportunity to change this part, as Henk-Jan is working on the engine.
Thing is, we can't find the bloody thing in my Elan
Does anyone have an idea if our Elans use it, or it's just an Isuzu part only for the Impulse, or for USA vehicles only ?

Peter: The check valve is for a car with a smog pump. The M100 doesn't have a smog pump, so no check valve.

Your car most certainly does have this part, it's installed adjacent to the Kuhneutson Valve
