Hello again
any ideas where i can get a replacement connector that attached to the top of the CTS, i know its part of the wiring loom but are they available.

Look at Rockauto.com:
1991 ISUZU IMPULSE 1.6L L4 Turbocharged : Electrical-Connector: Coolant Temperature Sensor Connector. There are 3 parts listed: HP3840; TX3A and 1P1006 (Different suppliers use different numbers).
Actually a fairly common GM (Delhi) connector.
