Misfire end metalic sound

Hi, I'm sorry for my bad english.
I have a problem since this afternoon.
I was driving fast in a curve, and when I accelerated as I went out the curve, the engine had misfire. I made 5kms to go home and it did'nt passed.
The oil level was at the low level (I add exactly 1 liter to have the upper level). After that, I restarted the engine and still have misfire, and a little metalic sound ("cliqueti" in french).
Does anyone have an idea? I've posted some elanscan in the correct section.

I would do a compression check first.

Further to the other suggestions.

Hopefully you have only had slight oil starvation at the top end of the engine and the sound is coming from the valves. It may even rectify itself.

There is also a chance the shortage of oil and the misfire are unrelated.

The engine was running on 2 cylinder. The coil of cylinders 2 and 3 was dead.
I replaced it, and changed the spark plug leads set, and it work fine
