In the work canteen having lunch with an older mate of mine today chatting about getting older etc etc. He says I had to go to the doctors the other day for a checkup because of his age, and the nurse asked him if he got an erection in the morning to which he asked her if she thought he had an ear infection  . He tells me he was joking with her and proceeded to tell her it depends on who was next to him when he woke up. Knowing him both scenarios are possible

Well what a day :D first the previous post then this evening went to see my mum this evening and my brother and 16 year old not very bright nephew were there. So we're having a chat :gathering: and my nephew says to my 15 year old son do you fancy a job paying £75k a year, What doing says my son, Penetration tester comes the answer along with some juvenile giggling. He then delivers the punch line " no way am I going to stick di1dos up my ar5e for that much money. after much laughing and tears from me and my son I try to explain what a pen tester does, he then say that he knows the guy offering the job and he is gray so his view of the job was right and I am winding him up. Result much more laughing and tears  .

Did I mention he isn't very bright :bonk: :chair:

Driving this road yesterday made me smile,

www.motorcyclerides.com.au/motorbike-rides/australia/vic/yarra-ranges/reefton-spur.html
although I was also concentrating a lot as it's a challenging bit of road. My mate was following in a Subaru Imprezza (2ltr non turbo) and was almost keeping up except the stability control kept kicking in. I also found that the little rubber vacuum hose from the intake manifold to the fuel pressure regulator had perished at one end and come off. Thankfully a quick fix to trim the end and reconnect, but it was making the idle do strange things. Unfortunately the bushings in one of the headlight lift motors has just given up the ghost, so that's another job on the todo list.
