The panels making up my boot have separated. Can someone suggest the best glue/adhesive to repair this

I'd guess 2-part epoxy resin.

Exactly, which panels making up your boot? Unless something has cracked or broken, all of the major panelas are bonded with betaseal which is a urethane based, flexible adhesive similar to the stuff they glue windscreens into the cars.
Pictures or some detailed notes would be helpful since there are no small panels back there unless something has broken.

The top of the boot has delaminated from the main frame panel. Refer to the attached photos, sorry for quality of the pics.

I am sure you can see the issue, but I am having trouble. Maybe a picture further away would help me get my bearings.
Can you point to the problem area in this picture?

I have a lot of boot area pictures and can better advise on the correct repair method if I know what you are fixing.

My problem is not the boot itself but the boot lid. I have learnt so much from this forum and look forward to learning more as I struggle to get my NA m1000 back on the road.

My bonnet is doing the same thing- the frame underneath has separated from the upper panel in places. Whatever adhesive they used for panel bonding sucks. It also caused a reaction that swelled the fiberglass above and is visible in the paint (that might be why it's not bonding well too). I haven't addressed it yet, but I was planning on using something like this:
