Well I'm finally selling my S2 after 9 years of ownership It's time to take the plunge and buy a TVR Tamora I've been wanting for ages, hopefully I won't regret this decision as I will never get my Elan back but I need the money to fund my new car purchase.
Car is in Excellent condition and in my opinion the best available in a stunning modern colour combination.
Pretty sure most people have seen this car and will agree it's awesome.

I've been getting it ready for sale over the last 2/3 months and it's had these jobs done;
Cambelt + Tensioner + Idler Changed with a New Water Pump (£1200)
New Alloy Radiator & New modern Plastic cooling Fans
New Alloy Header Tank with viewing glass (£220)
New rear Screen (£300)
4 New Tyres (£500)
After all this my Headgasket went so that has been done now as well (£1800)

As you can see you will not have any major costs for the foreseeable future

Just wanted to say a big thanks for bringing your car over on Saturday, great to meet you, could have spent hours chatting if I wasn't so busy in the shop, I guess that is good news though if I want to keep spending money on Lotus's

I have to admit that I spent many an hour in the pub looking at the pictures of you car Saturday evening to see if I really could swing myself away from my obsession with getting a Red S2, as I explained it is more a nostalgia thing with me, trying to re-kindle my love that I had with my Red SE back in the early 90's.

If I am totally honest I really should buy your car as it is a beautiful example and the best condition S2 that I have seen so far, it really is a stunning colour when the sun shines on it but if I don't explore my red desire at the moment I will always be longing for a red one so at the moment I will keep searching for a red S2, basically I want your car but in red.

Good luck with the sale, like I said on Saturday, I think the price is fair, and for someone who wants something truly unique then your S2 would be the one to go for.

I thought I'd post a couple of the pics from Saturday if that is OK

As you know I have been let down by another LEC member with an Calypso Red S2 who contacted me and I agreed the price but he moved the goal posts, not to worry, so I'm still in the market, I will put a message up on the wanted thread also.
