Removing injectors

Hi
I'm trying to get our car up & running after 4-5 years out of use
It only runs on two cylinders, but there seems to be 4 sparks
I planned to send the injectors off for cleaning/refurbishing, but having looked again under the bonnet I'm more than put off.
Is it possible without removing the plenum?, and if not, removing it first looks all but impossible whilst the engine is in the car.
Am I missing a trick?
Just after some advice before I start a round of lost bolts and taking things apart that cant then be put back

If you have any problems, fire away, as i just (10 min's!) came back from a non-runner, where replacing the injectors solved the problem.
So all is fresh in memory now. And since i have the memory of a goldfish...

I think this is a common issue. I just replaced all of mine with new ones (http://www.rockauto.co.uk/catalog/morei ... cc=1176173) and they work great.
You can indeed do it as the wiki describes, but it's tight work!

The injectors are out. I just hope that everything goes back together. They've been sent off for cleaning
What did I learn.
The guide says to move the clips from left to right to detach them from the fuel rail. I suppose it depends where you are stood, but it was right to left in my book.
I also had to remove an earth point to be able to move the wiring loom out of the way. These small points apart, I couldn't have done it without the help.
I'll let everyone know how I go on
