Front Hub Carrier Nuts

Postby DeanG » Sat 13.12.2014, 19:10

I have been looking for replacement nuts for the front hub carrier. As far as I can determine there are three different nuts.

DIN 985 12mm tall M12x1.5 for the top
DIN 982 14mm tall M12x1.5 for the bottom
DIN 986 approximately 20-22mm tall M12x1.5 for the steering arm

Can anyone confirm that the above is correct?
Does anyone know of a supplier for these?

It appears that here in the USA I will have to order quantities of 100 each from a specialty supplier. Possibly www.metricmcc.com or www.mdmetric.com

if you cant find a small scale supplier, maybe try to organize a group buy ?

I believe that I will be going the group buy route. On Monday I hope to be able to determine if one of the two suppliers that I mentioned can provide lots of 100 each. It shouldn't be more that a few hundred dollars to get everything.
