Watched this last night. They are clever but not sure they did the right thing chopping it about didn't really see the finished car either unless i nodded off and missed it

The word around the Internet is that they got in over their heads. It was way more work and much more complicated than they had expected. I've read that after the deliver there was a month or so more work to get the car drivable. I have heard that it was their only 2 episode show.

I would rather have a Banks Europa and let Chip work on American iron.

I saw some of this earlier in the week as well, interesting how they worked on the fibreglass to flare the wheel arches though - seems obvious really to cut, apply a band on the outside and glass up the gaps and behind before removing the band.

When I saw the track changing and those big wheels coming out, I thought 'oh dear, but what about the Lotus handling?'

Wonder what it actually drove like in the end. Not really my cup of tea, but I do enjoy watching what they do. Lots of 'Aaaah, that's how they do it' moments for me.

As the Foose said that their europa was the most modified on the planet, I thought I would google modified Europas. This one( Link ) looks just as modified if not more modified, looks like a right beast though. British car with a Jap engines got to be good right, I mean its basically an Elan
