AS some of you may know I have been thinking of selling the newly acquired SE to assist my daughters Masters tuition fees as there is no loans as yet for further education. (and the C55 but that’s another Ad)
I bought the SE in April with a view to ‘re-establishing’ her as a good example of the much underrated M100
I am the 5th owner with the previous owner having her for about 10 years, she drive very well and is in good condition internally and externally with 4 good tyres (proxes) The hood is in good with no cuts or rips. The interior is in good condition but I was going to do bits and bobs just to tidy stuff up however all I’ve done is fit the S2000 seats, change the facia as see on here and fit the stowage cover seal.
Currently fitted with a Top end performance upgrade with adjustable boost to 190Hp (currently running around standard 150HP with the entire original intake included in the sale
The S2000 seats are fitted but need a little fettling however they are fine but I have not changed the colour yet as I quite liked the red. The original seats are included but they do need attention (hence the S2000 seats). I have bought seals from Jamie and PCS but not fitted as yet.
Other minor change is the clear indicators at the front and the side as well as a deflector fitted.
I have also ordered a rear light pod for the Mk 11 Elsie lights from Chris;-I will of course honour this and include it in the sale.(no lights or wiring included)
She has a full stamped service book history to 51034 by Castle 25-03-2006, then serviced at
• Castle 17-05 2006 Fuel tank etc
• Christopher Neil 14-03-2007 including cam belt
• TCS performance 19-03-2010 54107
• JRG Broxted 07-05-2015 54273
Whilst I realize this is not complete she was in storage for periods and then used so gaps at 2009 then between 2010 and 2015 but covered only some 50 miles and the recommissioned for me!
MOT is until April 2016 with all old certificates confirming services history and mileage

So in summary;-
• S2000 seats fitted with originals included in sale
• New hood fitted in 2006
• Fuel tank replaced 2006
• Radio replaced with Sony RDS/CD/MP3 device
• Air diffuser/defector that makes all the difference with the hood down
• Lockwood facial c/w chrome dial surrounds
• Power stop brake upgrade with new discs (green), pads, HEL lines and refurbished callipers
• New hood stowage seal fitted
• Shower cover included
• New A pillar seals (not fitted)
• New Door window outer seals (not fitted)
• New rear light pod for Elise Mk 11 round lights (not fitted)
• Full OEM workshop manual included
• Overall in good condition but was purchased to develop!
Spares include original calipers, discs, handbrake mechanism and original alarm (removed) as well as a new ignition barrel C/W 2 keys

I wanted to say, I called in on the owner the other week and had a look over the car while I was there, it really seems like a great example cosmetically, so if I was in the market for one, I would most certainly take a closer look at it.

I hope people realize that there won't be many SE's available with only 54k miles ! Looks like an amazing bargain at £5k. Suggest you don't go any lower but go back to selling your daughter and post some photos next time...
