NHS England have taken away Cabazitaxel fro the list of drugs available to me!!!!

Whilst waiting at the pharmacy last week for my chemo drugs there was a couple of drug addicts in front. They were given a shed load of drugs. One was obviously a dealer. Before they had gone ten yards he took his share from the other guy and pissed off leaving the other chucking up out of the window. Nice eh?

Having to give the government £35 every year for an MOT test, for every car I own (except the Corsa which doesn't need one until next year).....


...... I have to spend an hour waiting at my local garage, drinking tea and chewing the fat - and get charged for the pleasure.


One of these days I'll get a 'failure' sheet just to feel that I'm getting my moneys worth

(but I suppose never having had a failure on any of my cars since the Vectra needed rear pads 4 years ago is quite nice!)

Edit - handbrake was it's usual 17%, and everything else as expected was fine

No, that's nothing, having to pay full insurance on any cars you have, the second and subsequent cars not being allowed any no claims discount. Now I know that insurance must cover theft and other extraneous events but by far the largest risk, and therefore cost, is 3rd party collision damage. Insurance costs should address the risks.

Oh, and then there is the old chestnut, Road tax, let's put it all on fuel, sack an entire department of administrators, reduce fraud, collect more revenue from the correct road users etc, etc..

And then there's ....... (Don't get me started, this could be a very long thread!)
