Do we have pictures of this?

Indeed are there any drawing available for a replacement roof?

I believe the S2 has the same hood as the later SE''s. I have fitted a blue S2 hood to one of the last SE''s out of the factory and there is bugger all difference about from the SE was only available in black. The 'gusset change' took place during the production of the SE (or S1 if you want to include the no-turbos) and is referred to somewhere in the workshop manual.

What you have to allow for is the cars are handbuilt and every one is different so swapping hoods involves a bit of 'fettling'. It''s nothing compared to trying to swap a hardtop from one to another - hoods are flexible and can be set to be pulled into place , hardtops can't !!!!!
