It is a convoluted sense of humour that you have there Geoff, the 'shrinks' would find you a most fascinating subject for study!

I've had a long time to think about it Pete. It took my mind off plotting Pedro the architect's painful demise.

Was Pedro also your Project Manager? Stage payments (the need to incentivise), that's the answer!

He was the vendor's architect, not mine.

Very nice, always fancied a V12.. But convertible, surely, for Southern Spain?

I think you should buy it - - Me and Clemo are looking for a LHD shed to use for a banger rally, and knowing what those XJS's can hide, it may be just the job for us to drive to Baku.
Dave

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

I rather like them, and coincidently one passed me in Limassol the other day and three things went through my head:

1. Very nice
2. That's older than my Elan
3. What a great car for the Med

You might ask him why he's selling it though, if he's repatriating then that would be a good reason for trust.

The worrying thing is that he was sober when he typed that. Imagine what he's like after a couple of jugs :drunk:

Good luck Espana
