To finish this off from my side: The smell was coming from my (apperantly leaky) turbo.
After a refurb, the smell is gone, only to be replaced by the smell of burnt rubber now :burnout:

CAS oil seal on mine - nice thin film of oil leaking onto the hot pipes...

Speaking of which, anyone know where I can get some decent seals as the last ones have gone hard already?

I see you already found this thread I bought a set and only did the CAS, not the blanking plate. I may have even bought two. Let me have a look in the spar parts cabinet this afternoon. I'll see if I can help.
