Mrs 296 is trying to enroll in a training course only offered to UK/Euro residents .. and they need a UK phone number on the form. They don't ask for an address, however you can't progress any further through the enrollment without a valid phone number.
Can anyone help me out with a valid phone number? Unlikely it will ever get called, but it needs to be answered and "Sorry, she's not in at this time, can I take a message" if it is. All totally legitimate stuff.
