welcome to the fold, and good luck with the car search. i'm not too far away from chezzy (half hour down M1 and A38 to ripley). as for your car search, be prepared to travel a fair bit to find the right one for you. once you've got one, you'll find any excuse going, just to blast around the peak district with the roof down. the roads around ashover, kelstedge, cromford, ashbourne and buxton are my new summer playground.

Welcome to LEC.
Entered the Élan ownership fold myself in September after around 18 months of tentatively searching...eventually found an S2 in Canterbury!! Well worth the wait and travel though. Loads of great advice and info on here and really helpful owners. Good luck with the search and defo take a look at the LEC buyers guide which will help you get the best bang for your buck.

Well the white one was a bust ...... ran well and looked lovely from the outside ... inside was very tired which wasn't a problem ... what was an issue at the price point was that when I slid the drivers seat forward and pressed my fingers into the carpet at the rear outrigger bit .... all I could hear was crunch crunch crunch
