To both points, Toyo Proxes a good choice and cambelt together with water pump idler and tensioner
should also be changed.
Tyres have recommended 10yr life, the cambelt 5yrs or mileage, whichever comes first. These days in our cars it's pretty much always 5yrs!
Welcome back to driving shortly

well done son.
I might be swimming against the tide of popular opinion but I'd say 'consider' not 'should' ...
If the belt is being changed because of 50,000 miles, then certainly I'd fit a new tensioner pulley and idler pulley but if it's just an age related change ... then I probably wouldn't. Partly because each is about £75 so I'd be saving £150...
My first SE I used for business and was doing 30k miles per year some years. That got to 6 years old and was on almost 150k miles so had two cambelt changes, with pulleys, but was still on the original water pump.
It's a bit of a pain in the butt to get in to change the cambelt, or waterpump, and can see the argument for changing pump while it's looking at you if you have any doubts about it while you are doing the cambelt ...
but if those things had been done before you left it for 5 years, then cambelt
SHOULD be changed, and
consider the others...
