Isn't the AFR a bit lean for a turbo charged engine?
Have you checked the exhaust temperature? Isn't it too high?
(I know the first post is from 2013 but I am just curious)

EDIT: Ooops, I have just seen the note about the lean AFR sampled at the exhaust.
