Lotus has plenty of the HES KITs. They come with a new "harness end" plug kit since the new HES uses a different plug configuration.

Code 41 is usually caused by the HES but code 42 could be caused by a bad Ignition Control Module, dirty/corroded connections at the ICM or bad coils. There is a decent test process presented in the Closed Loop manual. Use the link below to get a copy and perform the tests described. I still have ICMs if you feel that is the cause of you error code. See my listing under New Parts for sale: viewtopic.php?f=129&t=23175.

Coils are cheap at amazon or Rock Auto. They are very common DR39 and were used by a gazillion GM models so readily available at least over here. Usually around $11.00 per coil.

John,
The link to your website comes up with a message saying it is "parked" by Go-Daddy.

Sorry everyone. I changed hosting companies and had to move 15 websites and missed some files on sites I don't intend to continue.

The NEW links are:

Current List in PDF Format

Current List in EXCEL Format

All Lists in both formats

The lists are also available from my main website: http://www.lotusm100.com

It is important to know that Lotus raises ALL prices by a multiplier at least once a year, so even the "Special Price" parts go up.

If it isn't on the current list but was on an older list, then the part is now obsolete at Lotus and SJs, Matty or SW Lotus probably have the remaining stock.

Just received the newest price list. I have updated the listings and now you all can see the newest prices and part numbers still available.

I highlighted the M100 specific parts in Bold Blue but ALL of the Special Price numbers are listed.

Thanks for Sharing again John!

Is it me, or is the Elan listing getting shorter and shorter? :(

Unfortunately, the parts are running out. They used to send me a quantity with each part number but now it is "What's on the list until it is completely out of stock". You can usually ask your dealer how many are still available, but "stocking dealers" like SJs, Matty or SW Lotus are doing the same thing and when the quantities get low enough, they can make an offer for the remaining stock at a higher discount. That means there might have been 15 pieces left yesterday but all gone today...

Buy anything you need or think you will need because it may not be there when you really need it.

I received an "interim" list that
actually has a lot of prices going UP!!!.

If you want to buy from this list, you NEED TO TELL THE DEALER YOU ARE USING THE "NEW CLUB LIST"

Does anyone know what is going on with the aftersales list. I just emailed my local dealer, with a list of parts. He looked up on the Lotus system and came back with the regular retail price on all of them. A quick check on Deroure with random part numbers from the list (M100 and non M100) and it shows everything at the normal retail price.

Best Regards
Chris

Chris:

If you are referring to the very latest list, then the dealer should know there is a "Club Discount List" and he has to specify it when he places his order.

Best to just call Robert at Stratton Motors:

Robert Chapman, Parts Manager

Stratton Motor Company
Ipswich Road
Long Stratton
NR15 2XJ

Tel 01508 530491

Robert will get you the correct prices and places two orders every week, so the parts arrive quickly.

If Stratton Motors is too far away, just use a courier like P4D, Parcel2Go, Interparcel or Hermes to pick the parts up and deliver them to you. Their rates are very competitive

Many Thanks

As it was a bit of a pain to organise parts through Stratton, I decided to email Lotus directly, a nice chap by the name of Chris Brown got back to me, sent a copy of the list to my local Lotus dealer and and asked them to contact me. Parts are now on order.

The lists are provides by Lotus UK. You order from a UK Lotus Dealer. If there are Lotus Dealers in Greece, maybe they can get the parts at the discounted price, but most won't bother.

The numbers in BLUE are "100" series parts - those are specifically for the M100 although Lotus used other parts to build the M100 as well. You should use the digital parts books to generate your wish list and then compare the part numbers to those on the different lists. The last few lists were limited stock and the prices reverted to the OLD prices pretty quickly.

You are wasting your time looking for seals at the Lotus dealer. All but the "A" Pillar seals went obsolete years ago.

The "A" Pillar seals are B100V0117F (LH) and B100V0118F (RH) and they currently sell for £100.26 EACH.
