PS It has a non original header tank. Looks like a replacement from our friends, Douglas Valley Breakers

Check-Mot says last MOT was March 2011 with mileage at 52,773 so doubt it's put much on since then. £7k for that history and still low mileage - somebody got a bargain. Rock Auto cambelt kit and away you go....

interesting car for sure

i would hazard a guess that it's possibly Specky ?

Its a piece of history alright and at 7k a steal i would say
BUT what can you do to it .. NOTHING .
I have E3LAN but i couldn't put it on this car ...
I wouldn't even be able to change the seat or door inserts for i would be driving a piece of history .
I would even feel bad for driving it as it would rack up the mileage
And as pinkster pointed out it probably has a stack of bespoke prototype parts on it so even changing warn out parts would not be original
Thats said at 7k ( if i had that spare ) to just get in and drive it would be pretty special .
hope the new owner pops up on here soon . `would really like to see it .

wasn't he over seas ?
i hope it is specky ...
Mohair hood?! I thought it was a synthetic fabric! The Lotus is presented in original condition and still retains its better quality leather interior, aluminium wheels and mohair hood.
