That would actually be Wendy's car (so cambelt not mentioned). I hope John's discussed it with her!

Apparently, I am a lot more color-blind than I thought? I read the "new, rescued" car was green and the picture of Wendy's car was blue.

The car in Clemo's post is the green one and one of the pictures was the same one he posted under "Elan M100 Rescue photographs" viewtopic.php?f=38&t=25500&p=324285#p324285

Think this was the 4k car on Pistonheads a while back Ron ..

Nice colour but heading now has "SOLD" on the end. Ad says plate M100 GKB not included in the sale... wonder where that will go.

Pretty decent spec for the mileage and money for sure . Not surprised its now marked as SOLD

Lotus Elan M100 S2 1995(N)but currently on private plate.
Limited edition no ‘730’ of 800 final run.
Azure Blue.
Blue leather seats.
68,900 miles.
A file full of service history with 22 service stamps plus bills and receipts etc etc etc….
Last service: 31.01.2017 (68874 miles) and serviced during my ownership at Allon White Sports Cars (Morgan/Lotus specialist) Cranfield Beds.
I have owned this fabulous car for the last 4year and have enjoyed ownership with no expense spared on maintenance or upgrades - but sadly it time to pass this car on to a new owner.
During my 4 year ownership I have bills and receipt to cover;
•New (Lotus) front brake callipers and ‘green stuff’ pads
•New stainless steel brake hoses – all round
•New full stainless steel large bore exhaust system (CAT removed)
•New GAZ adjustable shocks and adjustable height platform
•4 way tracking and geometrical suspension set-up
•New ‘A’ post seals
•New door/window rubbers/seals (both sides)
•New battery
•4x new tyres.

Advertising this on gumtree for a friend. Great looking M100 in Calypso Red, 72000 miles on the clock. He has had the car for about 6 years and covered about 2000 miles since owning it. It has sailed through its MOT each year and comes with a full service History and full documentation going right back to 92'.
