Where is H427VRR?

I am trying to track down the owner of my old elan which was written off by me back on 2009ish as I have a box full of history including the owners manual, receipts, mots etc. I see that the car is currently SORN so before I chuck it all out I though I'd do the right thing and try and reach out to the owner.
It's a British racing green with the grey and yellow leather.,
