I've got one too but mine wasn't self-inficted...I look at mine and am reminded how fortunate I am to be fit and healthy...

Was just about to drive out of a supermarket car park when I heard a bang at the back and saw a a supermarket trolley had hit the back of my car. Got out to see what was going on and found an old lady on the ground who'd had a stroke and let her trolley hit my car so got more involved in First Aid than worrying about a crack in a bit of plastic...
Sh1t happens, forget about it and move on...
Edit ... Thought I'd add this... Easy for M100 owners, the word is
FAST..
The main stroke symptoms can be remembered with the word F.A.S.T.: nhs.uk Stroke Symptoms
Face – the face may have dropped on one side, the person may not be able to smile, or their mouth or eye may have drooped.
Arms – the person with suspected stroke may not be able to lift both arms and keep them there because of weakness or numbness in one arm.
Speech – their speech may be slurred or garbled, or the person may not be able to talk at all despite appearing to be awake.
