I have a couple of pairs of the Header / A pillar combined seals available at the moment folks, as in the pictures above.

There is also an option of the exceptionally scarce full hood set for those with sponge free Elan determination, as in the picture below.

Clemo.. Will work something out for you to go with the Header seal once you get this grand machine back in the SW, well the south west side in the southern bit .

I went fishing yesterday and took the Elan, it was showery on the 50 mile drive up, and car was in the carpark during the rain and when I got back to her, she was dry inside. I drove her home in the heavy showers and not a leak.
Guess what ? Jamie fitted a set of his seals to her on Sunday , what a great improvement

Very unusual to get some rain in Greenock to have tested them already

Hi Steve, it was dry coming back on Sunday and i didnt think the seals would have had there first test, thankfully, true to form the heavens opened just as I passed the Greenock sign and she passed her first test.
Now with a leak free car and POR15 and Waxoyl on all the steelwork I can happily live in Greenock and not bother about the rain or putting her to bed after a wet run.

Did you see the reports of an Orca pod in the Clyde, someone said they heard there were seals here so they swam in for dinner

Hi Jamie , I caught 3 rainbows but was eliminated ( like the leaks ) had one for tea last night .
There are 4 Ospreys on the Lake just now, also saw a red kite which I haven’t seen for a few years in this area.

Now the better weather is here I'll arrange to get the Black Beastie up to you at a mutually convenient time Jamie. But first, I need an MOT. I don't envisage any problems with the BB though. My emissions are the lowest I've ever seen on an Elan and the rest of the car is in top condition as you know, apart from the A pillar sponges, so looking forward to your shiny, black rubber onesie
