I bought a Endoscope for inner sill inspection

Today i bought a Wifi HD 1200P semi flexible borescope camera on a stick that wifi's to any devise.
The end has a camera and a handy little attachable picky upy tool and an excellent adjustable brightness light .


So the the garage i went.

The RED se 92 as a test mule.

finding the right place to poke your tool is quite difficult to start with .But eventually you will find places to push it. The end is a stiff 1' piece so that limits the flexibility of angles however the semi rigid wire helps form a decent arc.

Where to look.

Easy way in is through the battery cover . If possible remove the battery ( but not essential ) and to the near side of the battery compartment is a very big hole. from there you can have a good look around and get a fairly decent shot of the sill . the camera is very twitchy .So patience is required. If you get it right you can get a good shot along it .

I couldn't quite get a full reach around and push along up the sill but was good enough to see the parts that rust out . Thankfully there was nothing terrible to see .. just some flaky bits , all very tidy . It was apparent that something has been sprayed down there as it has a creamy look over the matt paint. So much so i had to clean the end of the camera .

Yeah, probably better off starting at the front before slowly working round to the rear

Right you mikey taking lot !.

It came in quite handy today when probing IB10 .

And yes it can take pictures when deep in the cavities that have not been touched for a long while.
