Hi all thanks for letting me join.

I am once again on the lookout for a nice M100 to buy, I have almost bought one of these a few times over the years but think the time to actually do it might be near now.

I have had a number of "classics" in the past mainly Porsches (front engine coupes) and our household is no stranger to older cars with my Son owning an 88 Starion Turbo.

So will be on the look out for a nice running, useable Elan.

Bought Jamie N's car last Wednesday see in the UK Cars for sale section "Monaco White 67k miles..." for sale.
Nice drive back from Scotland for the most part except around Newcastle as the traffic was horrendous, but car was fine and coped well for something that although well looked after has not really been out much in many years testament to Jamie.

Will keep my eyes open for events nearby!

Registered on the NE group forum yesterday and 3 times it has supposedly sent me an activation email and as yet nothing so can't login, no wonder people get sick and give up!!
