Things that made you smile today

I've been doing that for the last 55 weeks.

22 years here - thanks to Mrs Thatcher and her loony sidekick Cecil Parkinson. Professional Power Engineer offered early retirement at aged 48, but re-employed 6 months later as Consultant Engineer with 5 others because company could not operate without our combined 180 years of experience. Paid to work while paid a pension, lovely for me but not the way to run the Electricity Supply Industry. Incompetence only surpased by the present Govt !

… I have not got to go to work for 3 weeks and still being paid

I've been doing that for the last 55 weeks.

I have been getting a pension for the past 13 years.

I've just got back from the psychologist who I've been seeing about my obsessive behaviour in buying cars.

The good news is that due to the lockdown I am unable to view any more cars.

The bad news is that he told me that I have the virus - the "car-owner-virus"

[Rambo]

Very witty John

Man who puts orange wheels on a blue car finally admits to loss of taste.

Sorry Phil, couldn't resist.

[GeoffSmith]

[Rice crispy]

[Giniw]

I actually painted my wheels orange on my mighty blue Nissan Micra in Gran Turismo 5 a while ago!
(sadly no Elan M100 in GT5 ... whereas it existed in GT2 ... What a shame!)

[HJ2]

Is this one of the symptoms?

[GeoffSmith]

Grandson's tea…

[Rice crispy]

You stolen my fish from my Avatar

[Rambo]

That looks vaguely artistic Geoff

But totally inedible. And very cold

[Kipperozzy]

You’ve been watching too much masterchef

[GeoffSmith]

Nowt to do with me and way beyond my culinary abilities. Haven't seen the little lad for a month now.

[HJ2]

Used it for inspiration for my little boy

Tracey Emin did one like that. It was "a load of cods".... Much like the rest of her work.
