NEW OWNER FROM ATHENS

[b]Hello to everybody!My name is stavros and i am from athens-greece. I am a proud owner of a lotus elan s2 -midnight bleu with 31.000klm. I purchased the car 7 months before and it was extremely difficult to find the right one here in greece. Before the purchase i was thinking bying an elise, but i have chosen the elan because of the handling characteristics(stable in high speeds, more car than elise, fantastic cornering and handling etc ), but mainly it was a choice from my heart, so it was an emotional choice.(the elan was my love in my 20ish and i am 44 years old now and i steel love the car!!!). I am reading the forum many many years and it is just fantastic!!The car is extremely tight, the seals like new, the engine works as it should be, but this cars are made to be driven( i think so low klm is a bit of problem}, so i believe in the next few years as the mileage will go up, with the the little upgrated things i am intend to do (especially brakes ), the car will be better. On the dark side i have a relay chattering problem which i will post in the electrical section..

Γεια σου(hello) my friend! i met in person costas here in athens, in his mechanic of the shark car (he sold the car years ago-with another car) ..he is a really nice person.. But i love the originality of the elan.i am trying to keep mine as original i can....not such magor upgrades... i remember that car, the black s2 before becoming a shark project.. it was such lovely car( i have heard that the car blown his engine).. In the summer when i met costas, he said to me before i buy mine that the only thing that needs to be change is the turbo(bigger turbo)
