The only time I know where the emissions (& brake efficiency) print-outs are not provided are where they didn't meet the required standard, and a PASS was issued.....
For a failure, they have to tell you (so it can be fixed!) - but if your emissions were tested in an unorthadox manner that would prevent the machine (as it's all computerised these days) from accepting the results without "Computer says no!", then that may explain it.....
.... eg, I know that you have had 'discussions' in the past about the testing standard being for the engine not the car - but if the tester accepts that, he can't then enter the figures as tested, because the 'puter would shout "FAIL".......
