Vacuum at idle

I have not been able to find this info in the technical data. What is the normal vacuum amount at idle? I am only getting 17 on my gauge.

I think elanscan shows around 0.36 bar abs. Wasn't paying attention can check if you need an accurate number.
The engine manual gives typical values on about page 93 or was it 99... One is the plug the other is the values.
