UK Government plans to outlaw modification of any road vehicle or non-road vehicle. Consultation ends 22 November.

When is a mod a mod, Lotus upgrade Exiges and some Elises with Nitrons straight from the factory. Owners replace worn out Bilsteins with Nitrons .

My Harley had Harleys own brand Screaming Eagle exhausts on it, stamped with not for road use. The key was to put tape over the not for road use bit just outside MOT station, testers not allowed remove anything . Passed every time .
