Hi just joined the forum, have yet to buy an M100 but actively looking for a good lowish mileage S2. My first car 35 years ago was a 1971 Elan plus 2 s130. A tricky car which spent most of the 3 years I owned it off the road in pieces, after a disastrous repaint. Any help or pointers most welcome, have watched a lot of the you tube videos on owning an M100, and looking at one this weekend.

Are you sure it sold? Maybe it didn't reach its reserve and Simon still has it?

Why not pm SimonP if you are interested? He is downsizing his collection and so he may have another for sale

If it's the blue S2 I'm thinking of it was formerly owned by a well respected F1 and motorsports designer (Team Lotus, Larrousse, Lola, Ford, Nissan, Toyota...) and LEC member.

Simon has done a lot of work to the car himself (suspension, bushings brakes, radiator etc) and it will have been done to the highest quality. It also has the excellent Everest chip, upgraded front brakes and a S/S exhaust. I don't think you will be disappointed in the car.
