Just to be clear, I have these available on an ongoing basis. It takes an age to mark out and cut the rubber so I tend to do them in batches - PM for availability.

here are the instructions from the earlier group buy thread.

So finaly some instructions!
removing the old lip
1. Try to unscrew the screws
2. The rusty screws and washers will be stuck to the rubber so take pliers or Mole grips to the washers and screw heads and twist to unstick
3. be careful of the U nuts rotating as they will rip open the slot in the bumper.

Attaching the new rubber lip.
1. Without holes you are pretty much on your own! try pushing a srewdriver into the rubber to locate the hole.
2. With Holes I spent a day lining up the holes and checking that they are in the right place and give the right amount of slack or tension and the cutouts are in the correct place so that the lip sits correctly. Checked and cross checked on 2 cars assembled 7 times!
3. there are holes and slots in the bumper and the lip you may need to realign the U nut.
4. Starting from the centre put the screws in working to the sides - don't tighten them at this stage they should be very loose so that you can move the rubber.
5. when you get to the 3rd screw from the end do it up do that it is not lose but you can still position the rubber
6. The second screw from the end requires slight tensioning of the lip again do this up so that you can still position the rubber - leave the end screw for now
7. Go back and just pinch up all of the screws using the rear edge of the bumper and lip as a guide.
8 stand back and check that it is even and where it needs adjusting - make the adjustments
9 working from the center tighten the screws - don't over tighten them as this will deform the rubber - until you get to the 3rd one from the end..
10 between screws 2 and 3 requires a bit more attention hence the cutout and the slight tensioning of he rubber if you push the cutout fully back into the radius you should get the correct curve there should be a tight curve on screw 3 and this may make the washer stick out slightly if it is noticable and you are fussy like me replace it for a smaller washer - I have included some smaller diameter washers (free!)
11 once you have that sorted move on to the end - Mark the end of the bumper and cut to the desired length and shape. Sand the edges with 120 grit to give them a slight radius.
12 do up the end screw.
13 stand back and admire your handywork with an LEC cup of tea and make any final adjustments.
