Newbie to Forum

Hello all,
New member to the forum. I dont have an M100 as yet but have been considering for around 2 years and now moved towards definitely looking for one. I am in the Lancashire area (not far from Bolton) so would be great to hear from anyone local to me.
I have never actually sat in an Elan as yet, never mind driven one so it would be great to visit anyone local to learn some of the pro's and con's of what to look for in choosing one. i do have an idea from reading up on these cars, but still better to speak face to face etc.
I'm currently on a couple of classic car forums as this is my current ownership. Now thinking of moving into the nineties though for 'reliability' and the ability to use motorways as part of a drive out.

I had no idea there was a club meet at this venue. I hope its still active. I'm only 12 miles away and actually drive past it most weekends.

Yes Hector these meetings are still active. There are sometimes a couple of Elan M100’s that attend so a chance to view a couple and discuss their merits with current users
I am an ex M100 owner so happy to give you my experience if you are at the next meeting
I am an elan S4 and Elise S1 owner so still in the Lotus family
