Hello and welcome.....
Short answer, "Yes".
However, it is now "No Problem".
Basically, the forum is set up to require that a new account be authorised before the first post is visible to the whole community, and the Moderators/Admins are not watching 24/7. Likewise, no PMs can be sent until the account is authorised and a first post is made/permitted - this is to prevent spammers from causing too much annoyance.
Now that I have approved this post, you are free to send PMs.

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
